How does the free trial work?

You have a full-featured CompanyConcert for 30 days. We don't require any payment information upfront. You will be notified by email before your trial expires, and if you decide not to register your payment information during the trial, your account will expire when the trial period is complete.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There are no long term contracts or commitments, it's a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel at anytime. If you cancel, you'll only be charged for the current month. You won't be charged again after that.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices above are all inclusive.

Is my data secure?

All communication is encrypted over HTTPS and we make daily backups of all your data. CompanyConcert is hosted in a state-of-the-art datacentre with power-redundancy, hardware mirroring, and multiple internet connections.

Which web browsers are supported?

CompanyConcert supports the following browsers: Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 4+, Safari 4+ and Opera 10.60+. Other browsers may work, but are not officially supported. Can I download CompanyConcert?

Yes you can. Unlike most web-based services, we also provide the software to host CompanyConcert on your own servers, available for linux and windows. What are connections?

The amount of simultaneous users online at any given time. We allow you to create an unlimited amount of user accounts. Guest users are not included when calculating the number of connections used.
